1. Who we are
This website (marketmagic.net) is operated by a registered Brazilian company — CNPJ 64.454.156/0001-25 (“MarketMagic”, “we”, “us”), with customer service through our contact form. By browsing or buying here, you agree to these terms. They do not waive any right that Brazilian law grants to consumers — in particular Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Law No. 8,078/1990) and Decree No. 7,962/2013 (the Brazilian regulation on e-commerce).
2. What we sell
Digital products (HTML tools that run in the browser, spreadsheets, guides, templates and similar items), delivered by download. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped. Each product page describes the content, the file format, the requirements for use and the total price.
Content created with the help of artificial intelligence. The products are created with the help of AI and checked by automated rules before publication. They may contain inaccuracies; if you find any, please let us know (see section 7).
3. Price and payment
- Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$) and are the final price of the product. Any charges from the payment method (such as installment interest on credit cards) are shown before you confirm.
- Payment is processed by Mercado Pago (Pix — Brazil’s instant payment system — and card) or by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Boleto and some other payments may take up to 3 business days to clear; the download is released once payment is confirmed.
- If a price is obviously wrong (for example, R$ 0.01 due to a technical glitch), we will notify you and give you the option to pay the correct price or get your money back.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed you receive, on screen and by email, the link to download the file. For security reasons, the link allows up to 5 downloads and is valid for 30 days. Keep a copy of the file. If the link expires or does not work, write to us and we will send you another one at no cost.
5. License
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product, including in your work. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the file, or present it as your own product. The rights to the content remain with MarketMagic, to the extent recognized by law.
6. Withdrawal and refund
You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the download link (CDC, art. 49), with a full refund of the amount paid. The details are in the Refund and withdrawal policy.
7. Customer service
Questions, complaints, product errors and refund requests: our contact form. We confirm receipt immediately and reply within 5 days (Decree No. 7,962/2013, art. 4).
8. Not professional advice
The products are for educational and personal organization purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting or medical advice. See the Disclaimer: not financial advice.
9. Liability
We are liable for the products under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code. We are not liable for misuse of the product, for decisions made solely on the basis of it, or for failures of your device, browser or connection. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the CDC does not allow to be limited.

11. Privacy
The processing of your personal data follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and is described in the Privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. A purchase already made is governed by the terms in force on the date of purchase.
13. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence are the chosen venue.
